Alvaro
Castagnet - Born in Montevideo,
Uruguay, Alvaro Castagnet migrated to Australia in 1983. There, he
studied at the Fine Arts University and was later appointed to the
position of Art Director of Melbourne's Latin American Festival. He
travels and teaches in the United States, Mexico, South America, Europe
and Australia. His accomplished works have been featured in "50
Australian Artists," "Australian Artist Magazine," "International Fine Arts Magazine," and his recently published
book, "Watercolor Painting with Passion."
